Ryazan Region Ustinov Dimitri is appointed the acting as the minister of energy industry and Household management company Andrey Ustinov lost a position after criticism of the governor. At meeting of Government of Ryazan region on August 3 Lyubimov Nicholas declared that work of the ministry began "to revolve" in all directions.
