The state enterprise FKP "Aeroporty Severa", received for the last three years a cumulative loss of 1,7 billion rubles and being in this regard the recipient of subsidies from federal budgets, decided to celebrate the 15-year anniversary with a pomp, having spent only for creation of the anniversary gift book of 3 740 000 rubles.
