Cyberresponsibility syndrome

As Russian Federation suggests the world to fight crime on Internet newspaper "Kommersant" studied the draft convention on fight against cybercrime, the other day the brought Russian Federation in United Nations. In the document covering 23 types of cybercrimes, the order of interaction of the states is registered in questions of delivery of cybercriminals and rendering the legal aids on criminal cases, including identification, arrest, confiscation and return of assets.
