Deputies of council Syktyvkar approved a legislative initiative about the capital Komi Republic

Council Syktyvkar gathered for an emergency meeting to consider an initiative about legal award to the city of the status of the capital Komi Republic. Technical problems did not prevent to approve transfer of the document to the republic State Council for consideration, and a final decision met an applause. Council Syktyvkar gathered on July 21. Meeting began with technical disorders: the system showed that 35 deputies, instead of 30 participate. As a result it was necessary to vote all meeting in a manual mode.
