Prosecutor's office of the Bolshoi Ului district of the Krasnoyarsk Territory achieves in court assignment on a duty forest area on cleaning of the timberland of felling remains

Prosecutor's office of the Bolshoi Ului district of the Krasnoyarsk Territory carried out an inspection of observance of the forest legislation in activity KGBU "Achinsk city lesnichestvo". It is established that contrary to law requirements the forest area a long time does not take measures to cleaning of the timberland of the felling remains, their littering as a result of own activity is allowed. As a forest area requirements of the prosecutor about elimination of violations of the law voluntary are not fulfilled, prosecutor's office sent to court claim about assignment on establishment of the specified duty.
