The acting as the prime minister Nikol Vovaevich Pashinyan signed the decision on Melikyan Vaagn from a position of the secretary general of Ministry foreign affairs of Republic of Armenia. The relevant decision is published on a site of governmental information. Melikyan Vaagn held a post of the secretary general of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs since May 21, 2018.
