As newspaper "Kommersant", the Ministry of Economics prepared a package of the bills directed on increase of appeal of special administrative regions (Sports arbitral tribunal). According to amendments, absolutely young companies, registered no later than the beginning of 2020 (now — the 2018th) will be able "to move" to Sports arbitral tribunal also. Besides, it will be possible to transfer to these areas also the international personal funds of foreign citizens with assets not less than 5 billion rubles.
