Three whales of preparation strong "digital shots"

On July 8 experts discussed an actual problem of preparation of the qualified digital shots within RUSSOFT press club. On St. Petersburg International Economic Forum the Minister of digital developments Maksut Shadaev called preparation of "digital shots" a priority number one in the state "digital" agenda. Russian Federation can participate in "digital" race along with the leading countries of the world only in the presence of the sufficient volume of a human resource with necessary competences of the IT area.
