As if garbage: on Tsarnikava's beaches throws out ballot boxes with ashes deceased

During beach cleaning the staff of municipality Tsarnikava found in a black bag a ballot box with ashes of the died person, washed up of the sea. Having established relatives of the victim, they found out that those simply executed will deceased to disseminate his ashes after death. However relatives did not open a ballot box and ashes did not scatter, and the container with contents simply threw out in a reservoir. Later a ballot box cast ashore. The police of Municipality of Carnikava reports that it is the next ballot box with ashes which for rather short time was washed up on the seashore.
