The Chelyabinsk politicians prepare for elections in State Duma of the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation. And if with "party in power" everything is more or less clear, at the opposition which chances are insignificant, big ambitions and unwillingness to prepare for elections. Meanwhile the system parties which already have the Duma mandates were ready to the upcoming elections better.
