Deputies have to approve the decision at City Council meeting on June 30. After that in Kaliningrad there will be the street of a name of the first elected mayor Kozhemyakin Igor, squares Aleksey Leonov and Heroes of special troops of Federal Security Service of the Russian Federation, and also a beach "Dream".
