Kathmandu, 23 June/Xinhua / the Supreme court Nepal on Tuesday issued the temporary order on removal from positions of 20 ministers who have entered into the government as a result of two extensions of the list, including two officials holding a post of the Deputy Prime Minister in combination. In the Supreme court declared that the present government headed by Olya's prime minister Khadga Prasad Oli is transitional. According to the Constitution, the head of a transitional government has no right for expansion of structure of the cabinet. The mentioned 20 officials were ousted for this reason.
