The Moscow regional open festival competition of modern theater and street theaters "Beyond spotlights-2021" was devoted to the International year of creative economy and year of science and technologies to Russian Federation, and took place in Krasnogorsk on June 6, 12 and 13 in a recreation center "Moscow area", in the Art boulevard of the estate "Znamenskoye-Gubaylovo" and on platforms of city parks.
