On June 3, 2021 within St. Petersburg International Economic Forum the ceremony of signing of the Agreement between LLC "Takeda Pharmaceuticals" (further – "Takeda") and JOINT-STOCK COMPANY "FARMIMEKS" took place. The agreement provides intention of the parties to develop cooperation in the field of diagnostics of rare (orfanny) diseases through association of efforts in the organizations of screening researches, improvement of system of registration of patients with rare diseases, support of educational programs for experts of health care.
