In Rostov Region prosecutor's office revealed violations of the law when using means of a maternity capital

Prosecutor's office Oblivskaya district Rostov region carried out an inspection according to the address of the man about violation of the housing rights of his two children. It is established that the woman who is mother of two children, received means of the maternity (family) capital which used on improvement of living conditions – construction houses. However in defiance of requirements of the law about additional measures of the state support of the families having children, shares in the right for the specified premises of children did not register.
