Only last year on roads Kyrgyzstan suffered 9 thousand people last week Parliament of the Kyrgyz Republic in the first reading approved the bill of decrease in penalties for violation of separate rules of traffic. Many citizens joyfully reacted to this news. Earlier people even came for meetings for less to pay for violations of traffic regulations, and here deputies met halfway. All supporters of mitigation of punishment for similar violations always had one argument - people have no money to pay large sums of penalties. But nobody wanted to listen to opinions of experts that everything governed...
