Prosecutor's office Prokhladny Kabardino-Balkar Republic demands to extinguish debt on salary

Prosecutor's office the cities carried out an inspection of observance of requirements of the labor legislation LLC "PROKHLADNENSKY KIRPICH". According to Art. 130 Federal law of the Russian Federation of 30 December 2001 No. 197-FZ "On the Labor Code of the Russian Federation" the system of the main state guarantees on compensation included terms and sequence of payments salaries. Owing to provisions of Art. 136 of the Code salary is paid at least everyone half-month.
