Hu Chunhua called for policy of stimulation of employment on old industrial bases

The member of the Politburo of the Central Committee of a PDA, the Deputy Prime Minister Hu Chunhua called State Council of People's Republic of China on employment on old industrial bases. He made these statements during the inspection trip to Province of Shanxi, Northern China.
