The office of the general prosecutor Ukraine intends to challenge the decision of Pechersky regional court Kiev which refused a capture under guards of the head of political council of Политическая партия "Za zhittya" (OPZZh) Victor Medvedchuk. The politician was sent under house arrest till July 9. "Tomorrow-the day after tomorrow the court decision will be legally published. We will estimate it then, undoubtedly, there will be an opportunity to challenge.
