On April 30 the next meeting of the Supervisory board PUBLIC JOINT-STOCK COMPANY "BANK "SAINT PETERSBURG" took place. Results of work Banks on RSBU in 1 quarter 2021 were considered. As the auditor reportings Banks according to the international standards for 2021 are approved by JOINT-STOCK COMPANY "DELOYT I TUSH SNG". The question of change in structure of Board of PUBLIC JOINT-STOCK COMPANY "BANK "SAINT PETERSBURG" is considered. The structure of Board left the vice-chairman of Board Vladimir Pavlovich Skatin.
