On elections to Albania 83% of voices are counted — the party in power wins

The Central Election Commission Albania reported that by data for April 27, 2:40 mornings local time, after completion of counting of votes on 4327 of 5199 (83%) polling stations, the ruling Socialist party has to receive 73 deputy chairs from 140, Democratic party — 59, Socialist movement for integration — five and Social Democratic Party — three.
