- Zvonkova Svetlana Memorial boards in memory of the vice speaker Council of Federation of the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation Eugenie Bushmin and the hockey player of "Torpedo" Skvortsov Alexander are planned to establish independant information agency "Nizhny Novgorod". Deputies of the commission on local government of Municipal duma voted for it during meeting on April 23, 2021.
