The honored teacher of RK, the Hero of Socialist Work – to Nurtazin Rafik remember and honor in the country. This year in Kazakhstan, and in particular in the homeland Nurtazina R. to Pavlodar Region, passed the memorable events devoted to the 100 anniversary since the birth of the outstanding teacher.
