The law on restriction of emissions of greenhouse gases adopted in State Duma of the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation

Regulation model experts call minimum, noting that initiatives of regions, in particular – experiment Sakhalin Region about exchange creation on trade greenhouse gases – come out on top.
