The deputy head Ministry foreign affairs of Islamic Republic of Iran Abbas Arakchi declared that negotiations in Vienna according to the nuclear transaction with Iran approached to a stage at which the parties can begin work on the joint text of the document. Thus, according to the diplomat, between participants of negotiations disagreements still remain.
