Lend-lease role: the reporting "Messages on Saturday"

Recently Vladimir Putin addressed to a lend-lease subject. These are the American deliveries during World War II. More precisely, it is the American law on a lend-lease which, allowed to carry out deliveries to the friendly countries already when United States of America did not enter war yet. Vladimir Putin also remembered value of those deliveries, acting in the Russian geographical society, and referred to the winner marshal Zhukov: "He if to me memory does not change, said that if not deliveries on a lend-lease, it should do some fighting a year more or maybe two".
