The third prime minister Ivory Coast, appointed for the last year, became Patrick Achi, on March 28 reports Africa News. The president Alassan Draman Uattara told that 66-year Achi has to "head the government as soon as possible". For the last months the West African country lost two prime ministers. So Achi replaced Bakayoko Khamed which died from cancer to Germany on March 10.
