Would we like to have the state?

The second volume of the collection "Independence and Liberal Reforms" was published. The collection is devoted to steps taken by the first parliament independent Armenia, the Supreme Council, in the 1990th years on creation of new state and public institutes. The preface wrote Babken Ararktsyan, and authors — Stepanyan Vage, Dzhangiryan Gagik, Liparityan Zhirayr, Ashot Voskanyan and other experts. I too wrote modest article. Above-mentioned names...
