March 24. information agency "Interfaks" - the Former first deputy chief of the General staff of VS Armenia, the hero Armenia Tiran Khachatryan submitted to Administrative court claim against the Minister of Defence Vagarshak Arutyunyan with the reinstatement requirement. About it it is reported on a site of Judicial department. On March 16 the head of commission on defense and national security National assembly of the Republic of Armenia Andranik Kocharyan declared to journalists that Tiran Khachatryan is sent to a personnel reserve.
