The vice-president PUBLIC JOINT-STOCK COMPANY "LUKOIL" on geological exploration and development, the board member Ilya Mandrik sold 0,004% of actions of companies for the sum of 169,8 million rubles, follows from the message of companies on a portal of disclosure of information. Sale actions happened in two transactions. At first Ilya Mandrik reduced the share from 0,021% to 0,019%, having realized actions for the sum of 90,4 million rubles. This change in authorized capital is reflected on March 23. On March 24 reduction of its share to 0,017% was already reflected, the amount of transaction made 79,4 million rubles.
