Today within a webinar of Central bank Russian Federation (Bank Russia) "How to attract investments for businesses" the vice-chairman of board Kirill Nikolaevich Semenov told participants about advantages of issue of bonds for subjects of MSP. Among key advantages possibility of release of assets from bank pledge, flexibility is more whole than attraction of financial resources and formation of public history for further access to other tools of stock market (for example, IPO).
