Lawyers of Japan Atomic Power Company (JAPC, "The Japanese nuclear power company") intend to submit today the appeal on the solution of district vessels Mito which forbade restart of the nuclear power plant "Tokay-2" located in next to Tokyo to Prefecture of Ibaraki.
