Parliament Estonia allowed minors to ask for the psychiatric help

Author: Priit Mürk/ERR On Wednesday, March 17, Parliament Estonia 74 voices adopted amendments of social democrats to the Law about the psychiatric helps which will provide with necessary treatment and those minors, whose parents did not agree on it. Against 19 deputies voted. All voted against — members of fraction of Estonian conservative people's party (EKRE).
