The final, seventh stage – individual staggered start race on 10,1 km in San Benedetto del Tronto – was won by Belgian Vaut van Arth from Jumbo-Visma. General classification was won by the Slovene Tadey Pogachar from UAE Team Emirates. Leaders of the Russian highway Sivakov Pawel from Ineos Grenadiers and Ilnur Zakarin from "Gazprom-Rusvelo" in "cutting" showed, respectively, 32 and the 98th time, and in the overall ranking finished the 19th and the 31st.
