Court approved the settlement agreement JSC bank "Otkrytie" and Mikhail Gutseriyev

Arbitral tribunal of the city of Moscow approved the settlement agreement JSC bank "Otkrytie" and Mikhail Gutseriyev, one of ex-shareholders of PUBLIC JOINT-STOCK COMPANY "BINBANK", in business on claim Central bank Russian Federation (Bank Russia) in interests of "Opening" about collecting with Mikail Shishkhanov, Mikhail Gutseriyev and four other former controlling persons of PUBLIC JOINT-STOCK COMPANY "BINBANK" more than 85,4 billion rubles. In connection with the approval of the settlement agreement court stopped production regarding requirements to Mikhail Gutseriyev. Under the terms of the settlement agreement, Mikhail Gutseriyev will pay in favor of JSC bank "Otkrytie", whose interests Central bank Russian Federation (Bank Russia) represents, more than 14,2 billion rubles.
