Chapter Kirovsky district Leningrad Region took into custody in the matter of Vodokanal

Chapter of Administration of the Kirovsky district of the Leningrad region Alexey Koltsov sent under guards on criminal case about the abuse of the powers of office which has entailed heavy consequences. Such decision was made by Primorsky district court of Saint Petersburg in which the consequence left with the petition for arrest of the person involved. Aleksey Koltsov was detained by the staff of Federal Security Service of the Russian Federation and SKR on March 4. Interrogated in court as the suspect, Aleksey Koltsov did not admit the guilt, to his room in a pre-trial detention center objected.
