The Petersburg teacher, the artist and the fem-activist Darya Apakhonchich submitted claim to the Ministry of Justice: she demands to cancel the decision on inclusion in the mass media list, so-called foreign agents carrying out function. The woman specifies that did not receive foreign financings; she complains that the obligations imposed on it because of the new status, violate constitutional rights and provisions of the Convention on protection of human rights.
