The pandemic compelled otelyer to reflect on alternative use of the areas, writes newspaper "Kommersant". Some of them think to turn them, for example, into co-workings. However conditions do not allow to realize this project to businessmen yet receiving a privilege at payment taxes on property on which it is possible to use for not hotel purposes to 20% of the areas.
