Arbitral tribunal of the Moscow region approved Regulations on conditions and terms of sales property of four builders of LLC "Urban-Grupp", Svetlana Aglinishkene are told in the message of the press service of competitive operating LLC "Urban-Grupp". Earlier creditors of bankrupt builders did not adopt the provision at meeting of creditors, and Svetlana Aglinishkene appealed to court with the statement for permission of disagreements.
