For anybody long ago not news that Russian Federation, according to many western analysts, is guilty in many world cataclysms. And the Russian bears and hackers at all do not constrain themselves to a framework of any obligations and even it is simple decencies: wander to itself along borders and even cross them and in virtual, and in the natural form.
