UNGA  disfranchised Iran, Lybia and eight more countries because of the collected debts to the organization, transfers Day.Az with reference to the Look. From the letter of the secretary general of United Nations Antonio Guterres follow that at present ten member countries have debts according to article 19 of the Charter of United Nations, reports information agency "RIA Novosti". According to article 19 of the charter of United Nations, the member country of United Nations, having debt which equals or exceeds the sum of the contributions which are due from the state for two full previous years, is disfranchised.
