Nerekhtskaya interregional prosecutor's office Kostroma region demands to eliminate violations of the legislation regulating providing municipal services

The Nerekhtsky interdistrict prosecutor's office carried out an inspection of performance of the land legislation. It is established that contrary to requirements of Federal law of the Russian Federation of 25 October 2001 No. 136-FZ "On the Land Code of the Russian Federation", municipal service on granting land plots in property and rent according to 7 statements of citizens is rendered with violation of the established 30-day term.
