Prosecutor's office dug the claim on a dump in Orichakh?

After the inspection of the range carried out in October in Orichakh the regional prosecutor's office left with claim in court with the requirement to forbid object operation as it is located in a priaerodromny zone Pobedilovo's Kirov JOINT-STOCK COMPANY "AIRPORT POBEDILOVO", and under the law cannot be there. After a while supervising department withdraws claim, and to the range management again suggest to transfer it to the first category of objects which will allow to place there 57 thousand from 132 thousand tons of the Kirov garbage as Kirov Region planned earlier minienvironmental protections...
