To Scotland in educational institutions and state institutions now it is possible to receive subjects of female personal hygiene free of charge. The author, understanding the reasons of such decision of parliament, tells about the initiator of campaign and notes that many inhabitants of the country experience financial difficulties in acquisition of hygienic accessories.
