United Russia party members divide on "red" and "green"

Sources newspaper "Kommersant" were called by 13 more deputies of State Duma of the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation from "United Russia" Party (ER) which have high chances to be re-elected on one-mandatory districts in 2021. At the same time in party prepared the list from 75 deputies who are in "a red zone" and their re-election in doubt. According to interlocutors in ER, loss of communication with voters was a reason for their inclusion in this list, as a rule. Experts consider that personnel replacements are connected with desire to rejuvenate fraction and to consider the changed intra elite deals in regions.
