The City Council considered the program of developments passenger traffic in Krasnoyarsk for 2021 and planning period 2022-2023. The authorities set a task to increase a passenger traffic by 4% to 222 million passengers a year, to increase the average speed of buses to 20,7 km/h, and salaries drivers and conductors have to increase by 5%.
