The man took the wheel the drunk. District court of the Arti district of the Sverdlovsk region pronounced a sentence to the local Vankin Victor. He is found guilty of violation of traffic regulations in an alcohol intoxication as a result of which occurred deadly road accidents. Incident happened on December 29, 2019 in the village Poldnevaya. Drunk Vankin Victor took the wheel of VAZ-21102. Four friends joined it as passengers.
