Poland suggested to create stabilization fund for Belarus

At the first stage volume in 1 billion euro is necessary. The prime minister Poland Mateusz Morawiecki within press conferences proposed to create stabilization fund for Belarus. By words Mateusz Morawiecki, want to submit this question of the power of the country for consideration of Yevropeyskaya commission. Creation of fund is in "the plan for Belarus" which purpose - to show that Europe "is open" for the republic.
