The supervisory board the Polish insurers PZU SA made the decision on appointment Kot Malgorzata and Krzysztof Shipula board members of companies, having allocated with their functions of board members of PZU SA. Besides, Krzysztof Shipula also was appointed by the decision of the Supervisory board of PZU Zycie SA in board of this of companies. New board members are appointed on September 10 for a period of up to 2022.
