В горсовет Владимира прошли только единороссы
На сайте избиркома опубликованы предварительные итоги подсчета голосов на выборах в Совет народных депутатов города Владимира. Все 25 мандатов, судя по числу голосов, получают представители партии «Единая Россия». Именно они год назад инициировали новую схему с 25 одномандатниками взамен смешанной системы округами и списками. И это однозначно принесло результат, вот только доверия к институту выборов...
